Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Thor Baum. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.

My experience with Thor Contracting who I hired to replace my roof in Eastham Ma is absolutely a deplorable disaster. After Thor Contracting replaced the roof, it failed, and I suffered substantial water damage. It has cost over $40000.00 to correct the problem. Thor Construction was unresposive to my repeated requests for satisfaction. Zero rating. Isabel Hickey, Eastham Ma.
