Thorough Restoration

My basement flooded on Saturday night between 11p and 6a, I called Thorough Restoration at 9am on Sunday morning and they arrived a half hour later with an entire team and a fair price. They originally agreed to remove the drywall, flooring, remove all of the water, and only leave fans for about three days— on the third day, there were still some wet spots in the hard to reach areas, but they did not overlook a single corner of the space. They left their fans and dehumidifiers in my basement until everything was bone dry. Their service is amazing, they are dedicated, and genuinely care about how they leave your property. Hoping this doesn’t happen again, but I feel better knowing there is a local company I can trust!

I hired Thorough Restoration for some mold removal recently and was very happy with their service. Diego was super responsive and got back to me quickly every time I called or texted him. He and the other workers were courteous and careful in my home. They did a great job for a reasonable price, and they took care of everything - not only the mold removal, but also replacing some insulation and some water-stained drop ceiling tiles. They cleaned up the area so well that you would never know anyone had been working there! I would definitely call them again if the need arises.
