Timothy Siok Landscaping is a landscaping business that says on its website it is based in Groton, MA, where it was advertising for landscape associates and crew leaders. A 2026 customer said the company plowed their street and handled landscaping year round. That 2026 customer said that after a January snowstorm they plowed in everyone's driveways and made several mailboxes inaccessible, left the road narrow enough for only one car to pass, and did not answer repeated calls to come back and fix it. A 2021 customer described a good experience and called the staff professional.
They plow our street for snow removal and handle landscaping year round. After the snowstorm 1/25/26, they plowed in everyone’s driveways and made several mailboxes inaccessible. Repeated calls to return and fix the issues haven’t yielded any results, not even a phone call. Additionally, our road is now narrow enough that only 1 car can pass. I cannot recommend this crew. Customer service is abysmal.
Great experience and very professional staff members
