He replaced the old wooden deck boards on my front stairs with Trex doing a picture frame. Made the steps look a lot cleaner.

Right upfront Peter was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Compared to the cheaper prices he knew what he was doing and had a better plan in place. And compared to the more expensive prices he still had a better plan in place. His cost savings on my front porch was enough to give me the budget to convert a walk-in closet to an on suite 3/4 bath. And he was able to do both job in parallel. His subs were clean. That is huge! We were very close to the expected timeline and the 2 change orders were thought out and communicated (Both were changes in design by me (change in lighting and a roof line change) The porch came out amazing. And the bathroom is a game changer. We discussed materials and based on my requirements we made things work to keep things looking like they fit in the neighborhood.

I had a great experience working with Peter Tise, to rebuild our home after a tree fell on the front 1/2 of our house. He was also able to help make sure we got the insurance company to cover rebuilding to the latest code as our home was built in 1890. Great workmanship, and also took care in matching the cedar clapboards . We recently added an12x24 deck on our house and replaced an old large sliding glass door. We maximized the opening, and he created a very well designed header and supports for this large Anderson door he spec’d out. A lot of great suggestions and arranged to get materials etc. had good subs working with him as well for electrical, Sheetrock and painting, all was smooth! Highly recommend Peter and starting to plan a kitchen remodel and finishing our barn next!

We wanted to modernize and expand our existing deck. Pete from Tise Home Builders put a lot of effort into listening to our ideas. He then came up with alternative 3D computer designs which helped us visualize possibilities. After we settled on a plan, Pete gave us a detailed proposal and patiently worked with us on choice of materials to find a good balance between value and quality. We had a lot of questions as the work progressed, and Pete was flexible about accommodating us with some desired changes.
