In one account, Sam came to the house the day after first contact, saw the problem, went and got supplies and was done by lunch, and that customer found it very affordable. A customer who needed something looked at said they answered quickly and scheduled the job for the next morning. A customer who talked with four other people before picking Sam said he diagnosed and solved the issues, showed respect for the home and explained every process along the way. One customer said Sam kept them in the loop from start to finish. A customer whose bathroom work was done said they were hiring the plumber again the next month for another project.
I really don't know where to begin when it's cones to talking about Sam, this wonderful plumber I met on this site. I am blown away, that I found this amazing plumber/contractor. Sam is so good at what he does, he was so helpful in diagnosing and finding the issues and solving them. He works hard and long hours. His work is good quality, his approach is decent. He showed respect for my home, each time he showed up. He explained every process along the way to you. This, in my opinion, is a true professional. I was very fortunate to have picked Sam. after communicating with four other people. I will not be looking for a new plumber ever again, my hunt is over. Sam is very dependable and skilled. Over the last couple of days he repaired a leaky toilet, replaced the shutoff valve, replaced the water main valve, installed a new kitchen faucet. His prices are fair and the workmanship excellent. I will not hesitate to call him for any plumbing issue.
I can’t thanks Sam enough!! I needed help with my toilet repair. I messaged him and he responded quickly and even came that very day within hours. He was reasonably priced and very responsive! We went over everything he may need so he was prepared and didn’t have to waste any time to get parts, etc. It just showed how on top of everything he was. I am so thankful I found him and highly recommend anyone looking for plumbing services in the area.
