I give the highest possible recommendation to Ben Miccinello of Always There. Since 2018, I have employed Ben to install a fence, help remodel a bathroom and complete a very wide variety of jobs (all of our home projects actually as we are not handy people). Each time I was pleased with; Ben’s communication with me, the ease in completing the project, the quality of work, that he keeps his word about time, Ben’s ideas for something that needs a solution, Ben’s kind and friendly manner and more. Even my 5 year old granddaughter suggested that I “call Ben, he can fix it” one day when I was puzzling over something in my house! That speaks volumes! Next project - remove a kitchen cabinet and install a dishwasher. Ben’s the man!

Ben did an excellent job plumbing a bathroom and installing a dishwasher at our short-term rental property. His extensive knowledge and his efficiency in completing the work within a tight timeframe were impressive. He had every tool imaginable and was very pleasant to work with. Ben had a clear path of action and executed it flawlessly. Thank you! We look forward to working with Always There Property Care again in the future.

Ben came via recommendation. We needed some work done around our house that required more skill and care than I had. Ben was great! He got along with everyone and even came with treats for our dog to make him feel comfortable. I have more work for him in the summer and would recommend him to anyone.
