TITO PAINTING & CARPENTRY

TITO PAINTING & CARPENTRY is a painting business in Franklin, MA. In 2026, they painted a customer's kitchen cabinets, and that reviewer called Tito very detailed and very knowledgeable. In 2025, Tito painted a condo's walls, trim, doors and ceiling, transformed its cabinets and installed new hardware, and used a specialized product to refinish and paint the countertops. In 2024, Tito painted a kitchen, full bathroom, laundry room and entire first floor during a large-scale first-floor remodel; that reviewer wrote that he kept them informed every step of the way. In another 2024 review, a customer wrote that Tito suggested the house color and that they loved it. In 2023, they painted both a house and a large deck. Another 2023 job involved covering nicotined ceiling, walls and woodwork. A separate 2023 review said the contractor understood the scope and timetable from the start and provided a firm price, and that execution was delayed by other commitments and weather before the entire job was completed. There were also two serious 2023 complaints about unfinished work. In one 2023 review, a customer wrote that after arriving several hours later than agreed, the painter primed a small area of exterior trim, asked for $200 cash as a deposit for materials, and then promised to complete the job multiple times and never showed. In a different 2023 review, a customer wrote that the job did not happen, only a payment was made, and the business number was not accepting calls.
