TNT EMERGENCY ROOFING

This wasn't the company name the contractor Rocky gave me, but that checks out. The company name he gave me was "T&T sealcoating", I found this listing by his phone number and wanted to make sure nobody else has to deal with what I went through unknowingly. This guy wanted payment up front, which was weird. Then said he'd be here Monday and showed up Sunday instead, again weird but ok. Then once he starts working with his "crew" of teenagers, there's an argument about work scope. While it's true the original estimate was off, based on a misunderstanding, even once that was clarified he still didn't complete the work. He left multiple large bushes untrimmed and despite promising he'd haul away the yard waste (which he claimed was why he needed payment up front, to afford dumping fees), he left the yard waste as my problem. I had to go to lowes and buy tools to complete the job myself after he left. This company will bicker, argue, change requirements and fail to fulfill promises at every opportunity. I won't be doing business with him again and I recommend no one else does either.
