We had them come out for a fireplace inspection for condo insurance requirements. They sent a reminder postcard and text, which was great. They arrived on time, were professional, and completed the job. Will use them again.

I used this business last year and they were great. Communication was fantastic as they were able to come a little earlier and called to be sure that was ok with me. They even noticed a small opening in a joint that needed repair and took care to fill it as part of the cleaning service. The guys were very neat too. The only thing they left me with was a clean and safe fireplace. I will use them again in the spring!

I just moved into a new home with a fireplace and a wood stove and called Top Hat Chimney for an inspection and cleaning. Randy and Andy were professional, clean, and so nice. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and resolved what I did need efficiently and thoroughly. Randy took time to show me what was going on and to answer all of my questions. I'll definitely call them in the future.
