I've been a customer for a year now and am so glad I found Top Notch. I've used multiple cleaning services in the past and none have been as conscientious, responsive or efficient as Jodi's team. I'm amazed how detail oriented they can be while also being able to work fast. You get a team of 4 people which cuts the amount of time that house cleaners are in your house, they work together everyday so communication and sharing of duties is run like clockwork. There isn't a high turnover; you can expect the same people who know your house every time, a testament to how well Jodi takes care of her employees. The communication from Jodi every week has been fantastic and they will try to accommodate your scheduling needs. The rates are more than reasonable. Most essential for me is that the company is fully insured which is almost impossible to find with an independent housekeeper. Some things to be aware of: things like windows or laundry service is usually not part of their regular cleaning. There is a difference between regular cleanings and deep cleanings. For instance, I've noticed cobwebs on windows are ignored since windows are not usually part of regular cleanings, but again, they are responsive if things are pointed out and they will go the extra mile beyond most cleaners like cleaning out coffee machines, cleaning dishes left in the sink, polishing stainless steel appliances, opening drawers to wipe down fingerprints, cleaning inside medicine cabinets, etc. I like supporting female owned businesses and these women work hard and take pride in their work. Rosie, the team lead, does a final check to make sure everything is perfect. When you find a company like this, it gives you such peace of mind; to me, that's worth every penny. They live up to their name. Top notch, every time.

I can’t recommend Top Notch Cleaning enough. They did a wonderful and thorough job and left the house looking fresh and smelling lovely. Jodi was great to work with—she took a tour and gave me a fair and reasonable price. She was quick with her responses and very easy to talk to. The women who came to clean were friendly, kind, and really did a tremendous job on a pretty big project. I am so grateful for all they did and would definitely contact them again in the future.
