Top Notch Property Services describes itself on its website as a lawn maintenance company for residential and commercial properties in Sprague, Lisbon, Canterbury and Griswold, Connecticut. A 2026 customer said Ryan plowed their 275-foot driveway quickly and well after a snowfall of more than 15 inches. A 2026 customer whose own equipment failed on a large driveway said that, two days after the storm, his arrival came under an hour after the phone call, and called the price very reasonable. A 2026 customer who needed a long driveway sanded for a propane delivery said he came out on short notice. A 2026 reviewer said Ryan was hired to manage snow removal for their church, clearing tight corners and making sure ice melt was applied properly. A 2026 customer said Ryan pushed back snow without destroying their yard, and called the service a wee bit expensive. A 2026 customer recommended Ryan for lawn maintenance or snow removal and said he did the work for a fair price. A 2026 customer said they had been contracting with Top Notch for over two years as both a plowing and lawncare customer. In a 2024 review, a customer said Ryan set to work on pricker bushes invading their yard the same day he was hired, cleared the debris and spent about three hours on the job. A 2022 customer said they called on a Tuesday and the job was done first thing Wednesday morning, with not a leaf left on the ground. A 2026 customer had a rough plow job: they said a large chunk of snow was left in the middle of their driveway, they were told it couldn't be moved, and mounds of snow were dragged into the road so cars couldn't pass until they shoveled it themselves.
Ryan is always pleasant & does an excellent job plowing our insanely steep driveway. We recommend him with full confidence.
Ryan is great. Responsive and on time. Always thorough with the job and committed to his service.
This is our first season with Ryan. Just a wee bit expensive, but totally worth his weight in gold. Ryan has two qualities that I am thrilled - honesty and reliability. He will tell you what he can do for you and he will be there to do it for you. When I was struggling with mounds of snow, Ryan gave me top notch service. He is efficient, quick and understands how to move snow. He pushed back snow for us without destroying our yard. When you need him, he will be there.
Ryan has been excellent with plowing our driveway during the recent snow storms. He takes his time and dose the job to perfection. I know you might thinks it’s just plowing but many other powers don’t care and just rush right through it tearing up driveways and knocking things down like mail boxes. Ryan also works with my late schedule to make sure I have a drivable drive way both before and after work. Thank you !
If you are looking for somebody to maintain your lawn or snow removal, Ryan is the person for you. He is very dependable and does the work for a fair price. We are very pleased with his work. Thank you very much, Ryan.
