Torrington Electric LLC is a one-man residential electrical outfit: a customer who worked with the owner, Kenton, said he has no employees and specializes in residential electrical work. It holds 5 stars from 11 Google ratings and 5.0 from 5 HomeAdvisor ratings. The jobs are household ones. Kenton came out to install a GFCI in one customer's kitchen, and that customer said the job got done quickly at a very reasonable price. One household had its house wired for a generator, and Kenton helped pick out the right generator. Light switches and a thermostat were replaced and upgraded to smart controls in one home. Ceiling lights went in exactly as one customer asked, without the ceiling having to be repainted. The work runs a little past wiring, too: one customer had new mini splits installed and some of the home rewired. One customer got an estimate up front, word on when he would arrive and roughly how long the job would take, replacement of things that customer did not know needed replacing, and a discount on the quote.
