Total Cleanout Solutions is a junk removal business. Its website states a mission of providing junk removal services and lists Keene, Fitchburg, Peterborough, Rindge, Troy, Marlborough and Winchester as its service area. In a recent Google review, a customer says Napoleon came out and cleaned up a yard left in distress by a previous owner, and that they cleaned up the glass, nails, debris and trash left on the property. Another recent Google reviewer, writing after a third job with them, says they again grabbed everything with no problems. In a 2025 Thumbtack review, a customer said some of the crew missed a room in a house of over 5,000 sq ft, and Napolean came back that same evening from 1.5 hours away and finished the job at no additional charge. In another 2025 review, a customer who called on Saturday of a holiday weekend said they showed up within hours to negotiate a price, then moved old fridges and mattresses the next morning. A 2025 customer said the owner and workers introduced themselves on arrival before removing metal, old furniture and old tube radios. In a 2026 review, a customer described having a few pieces of big furniture removed from a second-floor room, with both men showing up on time.
