A recent customer said Kristin set up an emergency appointment and Augie installed a new torsion spring, and called the pricing very fair. A recent customer who had new garage doors installed said the installation took one day. A recent 3-star customer asked Augie for an estimate and did not get one; after a 15-20 minute fix, the bill came to $266, though calling in for a quote they had been told $150. A 2024 customer said two guys came out within 45 minutes of the call and fixed a dangerously hanging garage door in another 45 minutes for $125. A 2021 customer described going from two narrow sixty-year-old garage doors to one oversized door for a two-car garage. A 2020 customer said Augie came out the next day, a Saturday, and installed two new garage doors and one garage door opener within two weeks. Its BBB grade is A+.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Touchstone overhead door. From Kristin setting up my emergency appointment to Augie installing a new torsion spring. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about doing a great job. Very fair pricing!! I would not hesitate to refer them and use them in the future for any garage door needs. Great people. I read recently had new garage doors installed. Touchdown overhead door came very quickly and was only there for one day on the installation. The doors look amazing and I would recommend touchstone to anyone for any garage door work! The team with very professional and the pricing was fantastic
Decent communication, knowledgeable, resolved the issue with the overhead door but unprofessional and lacks transparency. I asked for an estimate for the work but Augie didn't provide one. He showed up, took about 15-20 minutes to do a quick fix and sent us a bill for $266. When we called in for a quote we were told $150. When discussing with Augie on a resolution and how we could work together long term we were told "I shouldn't have to explain myself" and "The way we resolve this is you pay the bill and if you’re not satisfied, you do not have to use my company again."
Augie is so awesome! I’m always impressed with his work!
