A Sunday-morning voicemail that got answered live, a same-day visit, and the job finished four days later — that May 2024 review is the fastest thing on this Worcester company's record, and speed runs through most of the rest. Town Painting Services works out of 7 Electric Street, and going by what customers describe, the name undersells it. The 2023 accounts are painting: an enclosed rear porch where the crew caulked ceiling gaps and fixed sagging panels, a partially finished basement, exterior trim plus a deck painted and stained. Go back to 2021 and 2022 and the same crew is repairing a roof leak, patching storm damage, installing gutters, taking out a paver patio to build a deck, and remodelling a kitchen. The through-line in the writing is a person rather than a company. Ladis — also spelled Laddis and Ladisla — is named in nine of the reviews, quoting, scheduling, and in an August 2023 account coming back to inspect the finished basement himself.
