Town Painting Services

Town Painting Services is a Worcester outfit built around one name that keeps showing up in reviews: Ladis, who owns the company and often personally handles calls, estimates, and site visits. Reviews run in a fairly steady stream from 2021 through this spring, with attention to detail as the recurring theme — customers single out careful caulking, clean color work, and a crew that finishes what it starts. Painting is the core of the business — interior rooms, exterior trim, decks stained and re-stained — but the record also includes a real second line of work: roof repairs and gutter installations. In 2021, several customers described storm-damage roof repairs, with the crew flagging additional issues to extend the roof's life and scheduling the fix quickly; gutter installs came up the same year. A 2023 deck-staining and exterior trim job was called fairly priced with good follow-through on updates. The one dissenting note, from a 2023 review that was still positive overall, flagged real friction: the customer had to push to get the final window caulking and cleanup finished, and said the company could be more prompt about communication. It's the sole complaint in an otherwise clean multi-year record. One thing worth checking before booking: the company's own Angi profile contradicts itself, claiming both 10 years of experience in one section and 5 years in another on the same page — worth asking Ladis directly how long the business has actually been operating. Town Painting Services is a solid call for a straightforward paint job or a smaller exterior repair, with roofing and gutter work as a proven secondary skill.
