I have never in my life posted a review on any company, that is until I dealt with Towne and counry I have had a problem with my heat and still do since December they said I needed a part as of February 14 the I'm still waiting my phone calls and texts have been ignored,in the rare case I did get someone they said I will call you back in an hour I'm still waiting, the owner called me 3 weeks ago and said he would be out personally to check things out I'm still waiting I am a senior citizen and a veteran who doesn't ask for much other than a little respect after all I am a PAYING CUSTOMER .being a senior I feel I am being ignored because seniors won't fight back all I can say to future customers their are alot of reputable companies out there don't waist your time on owners who wound up dead last in their class at CHARM SCHOOL.
