Towne Heating Co., Inc. is a Swansea heating company that describes itself as installing new oil burners and boilers, doing all repairs to heating equipment and delivering home heating fuel. It says it offers 24-hour service and can be reached by answering service, or paged for an emergency. A 2021 review described excellent work on oil furnaces and extremely reasonable pricing. A 2023 review called it a company that goes above and beyond, with fast service and great customer service. In another 2023 review, someone who had oil delivered through them four to five times said they refused a delivery under a policy, saying the reviewer was not a loyal customer.
unreliable. They invoked some weird policy and refused to deliver oil to me saying I was not a loyal customer. I have have had oil delivered through them for 4-5 times before this. Would not recommend it now.
Great company that goes above and beyond and really takes care of their customers. Highly recommended fast service and great customer service as well.
