When a 2025 Google customer's hot water heater died on a Friday, Tom replaced it the next day, a Saturday at 8:30 am. That 2025 customer called him professional, clean and kind, and beyond reasonable on cost. A 2025 customer wrote that Thom had serviced their central AC unit, forced air system and new air source heat pumps yearly for many years. That 2025 customer said Thom and staff explained what was needed to make everything run efficiently, and that he had helped debug and correct poor heat pump work done by another company. A 2023 customer said Tom hooked up the gas line to their newly built outdoor kitchen while they were on a very tight schedule, completing the work within a few days. A 2024 customer called Tom's rates fair and noted his ability to squeeze folks in.
Recently, I had lost hope in humanity, until we met Tom. Our hot water heater died on a Friday. He went out of his way to replace it for us the next day- a Saturday at 8:30 am. He was professional, clean, and kind. In addition to that, he was beyond reasonable when it came to cost. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tom. There are not enough of him in this world. Thank you for saving us Tom.

Thom has serviced my central AC unit, forced air system and new Air Source Heat Pumps yearly for many years. Thom and staff are very knowledgeable and they explain what is needed to make everything run at optimal efficiently. Recently, he's helped debug and correct some poor heat pump work done by another company hired by an incompetent builder. I'd recommend TR Morin to anyone. The fact is, so many HVAC services/personnel I've tried are incompetent, overpriced and/or don't do the job of properly explaining things to you.
Tom is the best, he’s saved us many times and certainly knows his trade like no other. His rates are fair as well as his ability to squeeze folks in.
We were looking for someone that would hook up the gas line to our newly built outdoor kitchen and were in a very tight schedule. Tom, took the time from his busy schedule and completed the work in within few days. Very professional and responsive.
