Abbott HVAC, LLC

A half-day AC replacement is one recent customer's account of Abbott HVAC's work. In a May 2026 Google review, the homeowner described about three weeks from first contact to installation, then praised the working AC and new smart thermostat. A July reviewer also described an AC installation as fast and clean. The Stratham company says it is run by Ted Abbott and his daughter Cassidy as a father-and-daughter team, with Ted bringing more than 30 years of HVAC experience. Its stated residential work includes mini-splits, heat pumps, boilers, furnaces, water heaters and radiant heat; commercial work is available by special request. Abbott HVAC's New Hampshire Mechanical Business Entity licence is active. Its BBB grade is A+, and it is not BBB accredited. Cooling projects have included work around the constraints of a home. In a March 2026 review, a customer credited Ted and Cassidy with designing a cooling solution that limited the impact on the property's appearance and preserved storage space through the ductwork layout. A July 2025 reviewer described two mini-split ceiling cassettes installed in an apartment with casement windows that limited cooling options. That customer said the team worked all day and left the house spotless despite cutting openings in two ceilings. Heating customers have described replacements and repairs. An August 2025 reviewer said a cracked heat exchanger in an oil boiler led to a propane-boiler conversion, with updates during the work and respect for the property. In December 2025, another customer described a same-day quote for an attic furnace and installation the following morning; the crew covered carpeted stairs with blankets. A February 2025 reviewer described a new water heater, furnace and AC unit, changed ductwork, and a conversion to propane during a house remodel. Communication and pricing receive direct praise too. An August 2026 customer said calls were answered or returned promptly and praised the price. A customer writing in July 2025 said questions and concerns were answered immediately and the heating-and-cooling upgrade finished on time and on budget. In a December 2024 review, a homeowner whose Buderus heating system had stopped working said Abbott arrived within an hour on a Sunday and restored the heat.
