The company names Hampstead as its service area, says it has been in business 48 years, and lists shower enclosures, residential and commercial glass, porch conversions, fireplace and stove glass, solar film and garage doors among its work. Google shows 4.8 stars from 68 ratings, and the BBB rates it A+. Customers name the staff: a July 2026 reviewer credited Chris with answering every question and communicating clearly. In an April 2025 review, a customer said Matt came out to quote, Kim handled communications and Chris cut the glass, and the job finished ahead of schedule, just in time for Easter. A July 2025 customer needing a piece of glass cut for a broken window was in and out in 10 minutes. Shower doors and mirrors show up too. An October 2024 review described estimate, measuring, ordering and installing a shower door as a breeze, and in an August 2024 review a customer said the company replaced the glass in a mirrored closet door, straightened the frame, then delivered it upstairs and installed it. In a February 2023 review, a customer who had wood-stove glass cracked twice by their own installer said the shop discounted one replacement and Matt gave them the next one free. On the garage-door side, a November 2022 review said the technician explained why parts needed replacing and what might need fixing later. In a January 2024 one-star Google review, a customer said they called for an updated quote, were told they would get it, and more than two months later never had. The website advertises free estimates.

Awesome experience. A rock hit part of my basement window while I was mowing and I called and explained what happened to another company that wanted $95!!! Traynor did it for $12 and did not complain it was a small piece. I appreciate the professionalism and not making my order feel insignificant! Glad that honest companies still exist.
