In a January 2022 Google review, a customer wrote that Richard and Darren installed two large sliding door units and an arched window at their condo, staying cheerful and professional through several problems and setbacks the reviewer said were not caused by them. The pair adjusted schedules to meet the customer's needs, and the reviewer had already asked them back to replace some other windows. Tri City Glass works out of Colchester, Vermont, on glass, door and window jobs. Another January 2022 Google reviewer wrote that Richard and Darren exceeded their expectations installing their windows and doors in a professional and conscientious manner. An October 2022 reviewer called the job a good experience from quote to installation, with an end result beyond what they expected, and a July 2025 reviewer recommended letting the company handle "your glass and door/window needs." In a March 2024 r/burlington thread, a commenter pointed to Tri City Glass and wrote "Great guys highly recommend." On Google it holds 5 stars from 4 ratings.
“Tri City Glass can give you a good idea. Great guys highly recommend”
Amazing service what an outstanding job the most upright and outgoing people you’ll ever meet you’ll regret if you don’t let these guys fix your glass and door/window needs
An outstanding experience with TriCity. From quote to installation it was a great experience. End result exceeded my expectations.
Richard and Darren installed two large sliding door units and an arched window at my condo. They were cheerful and professional, despite several problems and setbacks that were not caused by them. In fact, they went above and beyond expectations to give us great service, to adjust schedules to meet our needs, and to help us end up with beautiful and functional doors and windows, professionally installed, that will serve us for years to come. We have already asked them to replace some other windows because we were impressed with them and their work.
Richard and Darren exceeded our expectations on the installation of our windows and doors in a professional and conscientious manner. We couldn’t be happier with their work. We highly recommend them!
