Trying to reach out to Ed Delgrecco he did my split never worked correctly took my money never came back his phone is now disconnected Im out 5000 he is a scammer if not call me back

We had Eddie DeGrecco (sp?) from Tri- State Mechanical install a new AC system in our Rhode Island home last summer. I won't get into the details on what a cluster**** experience that was. After LOTS of issues, we got the system up and running. He also installed a mini-split into our garage area which we are converting to living space. Fast forward to today, the Mini Split will not heat. After 2 visits with a reputable company, as a result of low quality product and even worse installation errors, we are scrapping the entire system and installing a new one from a quality manufacturer by a reputable service organization. Our experience with Eddie was so bad, we would rather start from scratch than engage him again. Please run in the other direction.

Warranty company sent this guy out to repair water heater. We ended up deciding to switch to electric and he totally scammed us using old parts and bad installation. His work is shoddy and he scammed us out of thousands of dollars. Run away from this guy. If I could give a zero I would. $500 Eddie. Add a 1 in front of the 5 and another 0. You tried to install a great pump ac and even did work on the three season room none of it finished. You know I have all the correspondence to prove what a cluster this was. This picture was how you left the heater!!!

He did a wonderful in my emergency but the problem has returned and his voice mailbox is full.

The customer service was outstanding. I was very pleased with the service I received. He went above and beyond to help me and my family. Thank you again for your services.
