Trinity Pool Table Moving and Billiards Service is a Rhode Island-based pool-table specialist serving customers across New England and the Northeast. Its website says the team handles table moves, refelting, new cushions, sales, and billiard supplies; customer reviews repeatedly name Alan, AJ, Jordan, and Alex. The recent review record is substantial: 105 reviews from 2024 through 2026 across five sources, with 27 in the last six months. Homeowners describe tables being dismantled, transported, leveled, reassembled, refelted, and repaired, often mentioning careful handling, cleanup, prompt scheduling, clear communication, and work completed at the quoted price. Several customers also bought tables through the business and praised delivery and setup. There are a few problems to pin down. A June 2026 customer said the company requested a deposit shortly before a cross-state move despite that not being discussed earlier and cancelled the job; another recent review raised concerns about leveling and installation, while an older review described a callback after a table was left with a seam. Those accounts sit alongside much more positive feedback, but they make the payment terms, final leveling check, and callback policy worth confirming in writing. Trinity looks best suited to homeowners who need specialized pool-table transport, installation, or cloth and leveling work rather than ordinary household movers. Ask for the complete price, deposit terms, travel charges, and what inspection is performed before the crew leaves.

These Guys Are Great, Alan And Jordan Delivered And Set Up This Beautiful Olhausen Table For Us, Answered All Our Questions, They Were Very Professional, Couldn’t Be Happier!!
Working with Trinity Pool table service has been nothing short of perfection and accommodating my last minute planning with my moving company. He has relocated a pool table for us 3 times after thoughts than my movers/ mechanics could handle the job. However, that wasn’t the case, we didn’t really the complexity to dissemble and move the tables. Luckily, the owner Alan, came to the rescue the same day and took care of the pool table efficiently, professionally, and with care. We do not even look for another pool table mechanic, he’s our guy! In addition, he is very handy and helped us re-asssmble some mechanical heavy beds. All the customers were so happy and his professionalism helped us as business. So thankful for Alan!
Trinity Pool Table Service Make sure your table is completely level and installed correctly before you pay. I called several pool table companies to move and reassemble my table. Trinity had the lowest price. It wasn’t cheap, but I figured the combination of price and high ratings made them a good choice. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. Communication was poor from the beginning. After the table was moved and assembled in my new shed, I didn’t start playing on it for a couple of weeks. That’s when I discovered several issues. First, one of the side pockets had been installed incorrectly and was trapped under the rail, making it impossible to secure properly. Once three balls were in the pocket, a fourth ball would bounce back onto the table. While frustrating, it wasn’t the biggest problem. The major issue was that the cue ball would consistently jump whenever it rolled across one of the slate seams during a firm shot. A properly installed pool table should have a perfectly smooth playing surface. This was completely unacceptable. I texted the installer on Wednesday, July 8, and he asked me to send pictures, saying he would come the following week to fix everything. After not hearing back, I followed up on Monday and Tuesday with no response. I finally reached him by phone on Wednesday, and he claimed he had phone issues and lost all of his contacts and appointments. He scheduled me for Thursday and asked me to call around noon to confirm. When I did, he rescheduled for Friday. Friday came and went, and he never showed up or contacted me. I texted him that evening asking what his schedule looked like, and as of Monday afternoon, I still had not received a response. At that point, I decided to fix the table myself. I bought beeswax and spray adhesive from a local pool table store and disassembled parts of the table. What I found was shocking: * Broken underbody support pieces. * Slate that wasn’t properly secured because of the broken supports. * Missing screws underneath the table. * Pockets carelessly stapled to the side of the table. * Felt that wasn’t fully secured around the rails and pockets. * No beeswax or Bondo used to seal and level the slate seams. After taking the time to repair everything myself, the table now plays the way it should have from day one. I hired a professional because I expected professional workmanship. Instead, I had to correct numerous installation mistakes on my own. The lack of quality, poor communication, and failure to stand behind the work are why I cannot recommend Trinity to anyone looking to have a pool table moved or installed. Save yourself the frustration and inspect every aspect of the installation before making your final payment. —Since seeing this review his phone magically works and has continued to text me to defend himself when all I wanted was COMMUNICATION!!! The pool table is inside and pictures will show…smh
My experience was fabulous. Alan and his team were on time and got right to work. Did an excellent job and we are very happy with the table. Cleaned up afterwards - I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I would recommend them without hesitation -
