Dylan's communication is great and he responded to all my questions in a very timely way. He and his team did a great job installing a new propane boiler. When the utility company came to hook up the tanks, they commented that whoever installed this knew what they were doing and did a really good job!
The best HVAC company we have ever found. Best in Maine! If I can rate them out of 10, I would rate them 15! We had a strange and rather complicated problem on a brand new HVAC system, only 1 year old which did not function well, the original installer had no clue what to do, then these two men Matt & Dylan were able to solve the problem. These guys were able to come to our home on the Maine Coast from Augusta the very next day, they were smart and professional people. Matt is patient, and solved a complex problem. I would highly recommend this company for all your air conditioning and heat pump needs
Dylan and matt were a pleasure to deal with they came to our property on time and resolved our problem that day. We also had another repair we had not previously discussed and they happily resolved that issue also. They work in a very professional way and pleasant to work with. We will definately put them on our list for future repairs.
