Around the Town Heating is, in one 2025 customer's words, "a one-man show" run by Mike. That 2025 Google reviewer said Mike got to them within the week of their call, resolved the issue, and was willing to explain the process. In 2024, a customer said they called Mike on a Monday afternoon with a non-urgent problem and it was fixed and running by Wednesday afternoon. A 2021 reviewer said Mike cleaned their oil furnace. On Google the business holds 5 stars from 4 ratings.
Mike is a professional and personable business owner. As a one-man show, the fact that he got to me at all within the week of me calling him says a lot. He came and resolved my issue and I think I’ve found my “furnace guy”. Super knowledgeable and is willing to explain the process; and even dumb it down for us laymen.
Excellent customer service. I appreciate how fast they were to respond to my crisis. Thank you!!
Prompt professional and very fair pricing I cannot say enough good things about Mike. I called on Monday afternoon with a non urgent problem, and by Wednesday afternoon it was fixed and running perfectly.
Mike came and cleaned my oil furnace last week and did an excellent job! Clean, professional, efficient and friendly. Support the small businesses!!!
