TrueTech Solutions

TrueTech Solutions is a Southbridge repair shop for computers, game consoles and phones that also takes on jobs around the house. One customer says TrueTech came by on a weekend and hung a TV with one set of holes, done in under an hour. Another says he came to fix a number of small things in the house, and on a second visit did odd jobs they needed done. On the repair side, a customer says Rich restored the USB port on their iPad in less than an hour. Another brought a computer to Rich after an SSD power cable began to melt the wiring; he troubleshot what went wrong, removed the SSD and wiring, replaced it with correct wiring, and the computer was picked up the same day. A customer with connectivity issues on a custom hitbox controller says Richard met them at his shop the same day, showed the weak solder points, and sorted out the soldering the following day. Another says he replaced the broken HDMI port on their kids' Xbox. One customer says he explained it would be cheaper to buy a new laptop because theirs was roughly 12 years old.
