Truly Lawn

Truly Lawn is a fertilization, weed and pest control, and tree-and-shrub nutrition company operating out of offices in Medford, Hopedale and Norwell, serving roughly 128 Massachusetts towns. It's privately owned with no individual owner named, and it sticks to lawn treatment rather than landscape design, installation or hardscape work. Reviewers consistently mention their technician by name and describe them introducing themselves, explaining exactly what's being applied, and answering questions before leaving — Dakotah, John, Andrew, Nicholas, Tom, Chris and Derek all show up this way across dozens of 2026 reviews. One customer who has used the company for three years says their lawn is fuller than ever and credits Chris and Derek by name for consistent service; another tried managing the lawn alone for a season, came back, and said Tom's expertise made the difference. Customers also mention a text notification the day before each visit, letting them prepare the yard and pets in advance. A small number of reviews flag rougher edges: one customer called to cancel after being disappointed with the prior year's service, and another noted a technician didn't leave paperwork explaining which treatment was applied that visit. For routine lawn fertilization, weed control or tree-and-shrub nutrition in the towns Truly Lawn serves, the technicians reviewers describe take time to explain their work on-site; ask for a copy of the treatment record after each visit if that paperwork matters to you.
