Trust 1 Services works out of Hanover, running HVAC and plumbing calls across the South Shore — and the reviews read less like ratings and more like referrals for specific people. Nick, Eric, DJ, Alyssa and Josh turn up by name across dozens of Google reviews, doing everything from furnace and boiler repairs to heat-pump and water-heater installs to routine drain and faucet work. The volume behind that pattern is real: 207 Google ratings average 4.7 stars, and the company carries an A+ rating and accreditation from the Better Business Bureau. The last six months tell a fairly consistent story. A boiler with no heat got fixed the same day it was called in. A flooded basement from a failed sewage-injector pump was repaired within the day, with the reviewer praising technician Drew by name. A tricky zonal-heating problem that had stumped an earlier contractor got solved when a Trust 1 technician traced a hidden damper into the attic and cut through the ceiling to reach it. Furnace and heat-pump replacements are described as on-time and thorough, with technicians walking homeowners through what they found rather than just doing the work and leaving. Not every recent call went that way. One customer called the company dishonest and said they felt overcharged after a dispute with a manager. Another said Trust 1 doesn't offer weekend or after-hours support once a system is installed, which mattered when that system stopped working properly. A third who'd used them before said this particular visit fell short of an earlier good experience, without saying why. Pricing comes up as a sore point more than once — one reviewer's reaction to a system quote was "I almost had heart failure" — and the BBB lists nine complaints filed against the company over the past three years, mostly service and repair disputes. That combination — a deep bench of named technicians customers ask for again, set against real pricing friction and a handful of pointed complaints — is worth weighing directly. For routine HVAC and plumbing work, especially anything urgent, Trust 1 has the track record to back a call; getting a written quote up front and asking about after-hours coverage for critical systems are worth doing before booking.

Please make thIf you ever want to be overcharged and deal with a dishonest service, this is the company to call. This has been the worst HVAC company I have ever dealt with.

First, I spoke with a representative named Jeanny, who seemed more interested in defending the company than addressing my concerns as a customer. I then dealt with Chris Cason, the manager, and unfortunately that experience was even more frustrating. In my opinion, customer concerns were not taken seriously, and I felt dismissed throughout the process.

My parents, who are both in their 80s, had work done by this company. Later, we found out that the issue was simply a thermostat replacement, yet the final bill came to $989. I have documentation of the service and charge.

The combination of the high cost, lack of communication, and poor customer service left us extremely disappointed. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company for HVAC services.e necessary corrections and resubmit

Trust1 responded quickly to my issue of flooding and sewage injector pump failure. Drew (Andrew Garcia) was very professional and polite. He worked very hard and made all the necessary repairs within the day. I was impressed with him and very satisfied with his service. I will call them again.
