Its Google page shows 5 stars from 380 ratings. A family on vacation in Bartlett said their rental's full tank backed up late on a Saturday, and Ken came out late and in the dark to clear it. One pumping customer received a printed review of the sludge layers in a 1000-gallon tank, with the pump-out done in about 20 minutes. A home buyer said Kim and Greydon inspected the septic system of a house under contract and explained their findings. A customer who had risers installed said there were some issues with that work, resolved within 48 hours. In 2022, a customer with water coming from the septic area said a week passed without word after a service visit, and called a phone conversation with Shirley rude.
