We hired Turning Leaf Builders to build us a custom home on an empty lot we’d purchased. We’d contacted several builders in the area and Jeremy’s (the principal) professionalism was apparent from the start when he met us on site and discussed what we were looking for and explained his building process. Once we’d signed on, Jeremy and team drafted plans and made revisions to our satisfaction, developed a budget, and assisted with banking exhibits for the construction loan. Construction started very quickly, and the team kept us apprised of progress, helped us through material selections, and regularly met to discuss progress and budget status. They were also very flexible through the build process and accommodated some late design changes and adjustments where possible. The end result is a beautifully constructed and efficient home built to the highest specifications that came in on budget and ahead of schedule. We are also not originally from the area and the team made us feel right at home before, during and after the build.
