A 2024 customer said they bought a mobile home, had issues with the contractor they hired, and switched to having Twin Town do the general contracting, after which things went along smoothly. A 2023 customer said their home burned down on November 30 and that by mid-April they had a brand new home with a full walkout basement. A 2024 customer said that when they needed service work outside their one-year warranty, a service tech came to their home within hours. A 2025 customer said their 3-year-old home's basement was cracked with water pouring in, and that no one ever called back. A 2024 customer described buckling vinyl siding, a toilet tank broken on moving day and a washer/dryer hookup that was not done. A 2022 customer said warranty repairs, including cracks in the ceiling and siding coming off, had not been done almost a year after they reported them.

We purchased a home with twin town. We found a floor plan we loved but wanted to adjust it some for our families needs. Every accommodation we wanted, twin town was able to adjust into the home. They were very supportive during the process. Twin Town stands behind their name and provides fanastic customer support. They care about the business, their customers, and the final product. It's admirable how they care about their customers happiness and success.
