The BBB files it under Real Estate Investing; on Houzz it describes itself as a real estate investment and development firm doing residential construction and remodel, offering custom homes, new construction, additions and accessory dwelling units. BBB puts it at 13 years in business with one employee, at 596 Revere Beach Blvd. What is public about the work is thin. Two projects on Houzz, and a 5.0 average built on exactly two reviews — both written by people in the trade rather than people who hired them. A listing agent in August 2018 described watching them turn a dilapidated structure into a beautifully updated home. A staging company in January 2017 credited Anthony with keeping them posted and making the property easy to reach on staging day. Both are real, dated accounts, and nothing written has followed since. The thing to ask about is the B- from the BBB, which comes down to one thing: a complaint on file the business did not answer. That is not a finding about the work itself, but an unanswered complaint is a fair question to put to them directly. Worth a call if you want someone to take on a whole rebuild — a gut renovation, an addition, an ADU. Before booking, ask for recent homeowner references rather than industry ones, and ask what became of the BBB complaint.
