Good job!
REMOVEDwas a extremely helpful, meaning to say, he answered all of my questions which included providing me with some basic information on how the heat pump works, what its needs are in order to work efficiently and what kind of maintenance is required in order to keep the device in optimum working condition. He kept me apprised of the results of his troubleshooting efforts and when he did everything that could be done he explained next steps.
