Unik Construction LLC

Unik Construction is a Tyngsborough remodeling company that homeowners keep hiring for whole rooms at a time — kitchens, bathrooms, and finished basements are the jobs reviewers describe most often. The company says it has taken on kitchen, bathroom, basement, flooring, and deck or patio remodeling plus room additions across the Greater Boston area, with a stated service territory running from Newton and Wellesley out to Woburn and Braintree; day-to-day work is run by its owner, Bill. What repeats across dozens of Google reviews from 2024 through 2026 isn't a single adjective but the same specifics: crews that show up on time, keep a job site clean, and answer questions fast mid-project. One reviewer said they could text Bill at 8pm during a kitchen renovation and get a straight answer; another credited the crew with walking them through design decisions on a kitchen and bathroom job. The client list isn't only single-family homeowners — a property manager hired the crew for a roofing job on an Attleboro rental, a condo association had it redo decks across a 16-unit complex, and another business had its entire office space renovated. Pricing comes up unprompted, too: several customers call the estimates reasonable and say the final bill matched what was quoted going in. The work goes past kitchens and baths. Reviewers describe full basement finishes, vinyl flooring and hardwood floor refinishing, window replacements, and one structural repair where the crew installed a new support beam under a weight-bearing wall that had started to sag years after an earlier fix. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, which the state requires for this kind of remodeling work. There isn't much to flag going in. Nothing among the reviews raises a complaint about the workmanship, scheduling, or communication, though the pace of new reviews has slowed to just one in the past six months after a much busier 2024 and 2025 — worth asking about current lead times before locking in a start date. Unik Construction is a solid call for a homeowner planning a full kitchen or bathroom renovation, a basement finish, or a multi-trade remodeling job who wants one crew managing it start to finish, or for a condo board or property manager coordinating a shared-space project — just confirm the schedule and scope for your specific job before signing.
