This past winter, Mother Nature did a number on sections of my stockade fence, blowing down the gate and a panel section. I reached out to Union Fence, and Dave came by to provide a quote. Melissa, the owner, was very responsive to my initial outreach—especially during what I would consider their offseason—and Dave was extremely professional. The quote they provided aligned closely with what my homeowner’s insurance estimated, which was reassuring. Dave also explained upfront that repairs would likely begin in March due to the need for the ground to thaw. I appreciated the transparency and completely agreed with waiting to avoid future issues. While waiting for spring, another adjacent panel fell. I contacted Melissa again, and she was fantastic—she let me know the team would evaluate whether that panel could be reused or needed replacement when they came out. Throughout the process, Melissa was consistently professional, courteous, and responsive. When it came time for repairs, Chris and Eric were terrific. They initially repaired the panels, but the gate installation was delayed about 7–10 days due to the manufacturer being behind schedule (not Union Fence’s fault). Because of the delay, Melissa proactively offered a discount, which I truly appreciated. Once the gate was ready, Chris and Eric returned early in the morning and completed the installation. Like the rest of the team, they were courteous, professional, and did excellent work. A short time later, the repaired section (in a sandy area of my yard) began to settle to the point where the gate would no longer open. I contacted Union Fence again and spoke with Nicole, Melissa’s assistant, who was equally professional and helpful. She coordinated a return visit, and Chris and Eric quickly identified the issue and made the necessary adjustments. Everything is now working perfectly. I truly appreciate the level of service I received from Union Fence. Everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive fencing contractor.

I had a small cedar fence section and gate replaced in fall of '25. Over the winter the gate shifted and wasn't closing quite properly. When I contacted Union Fence about a repair the response was fantastic. From communicating with customer service through the team sent to assess and repair I couldn't be more pleased with their attention.
