Universal Renovations LLC

A deck and a restored 1925 home are among the projects Universal Renovations customers describe. The Bloomfield company says it works in central Connecticut, specializing in window and door installation and replacement, with rot repair, kitchens, bathrooms, additions and exterior wood siding also offered. In August 2025, a Google reviewer praised Paul for building a deck in a timely manner, paying attention to details and communicating from start to finish. A January 2023 customer credited Paul with modernizing a historic home while retaining many of its traditional features. Another customer that month praised his alternative solutions and the price attached to each, along with reasonable pricing and effort to complete work on schedule. A February 2023 reviewer seeking a bathroom remodel said the project was promptly visited and measured, followed by a reasonable estimate in less than a week. Separately, a January 2023 reviewer reported exterior doors repaired and locks properly installed, with neat, punctual work; that customer planned to use Paul and Universal Renovations for future bathroom and kitchen work.
