Up Country Property Services

Jeff Wildoner has been an indispensable part of caring for our cabin for the past several years. Through Up Country Property Services, we came to rely on him for far more than maintenance. As out-of-state owners, we trusted Jeff with every aspect of our cabin's day-to-day operation. He handled guest concerns with professionalism and kindness, responded to unexpected issues at all hours, coordinated repairs, and made sure our cabin was always cared for and ready for the next guests. What sets Jeff apart is his calm, steady approach and genuine commitment to doing things right. He has a remarkable ability to solve problems, put people at ease, and make both owners and guests feel well cared for. We always knew that if something came up, Jeff would handle it thoughtfully and keep us informed. The greatest compliment I can give is that we simply stopped worrying. We knew our cabin was in capable hands because Jeff cared for it as if it were his own. That kind of trust is rare, and it gave us tremendous peace of mind. Jeff is dependable, resourceful, hardworking, and, above all, a genuinely good person. We are deeply grateful for everything he has done for us and recommend Jeff and Up Country Property Services without reservation.
