When I called to find out the cost I was quoted a price and what was involved in the service. I found them affordable, friendly, and knowledgeable. This is the third septic company that i've worked with in the area. Jason and his team were by far the best, most honest folks to do business with. They went above and beyond to make sure my problems were solved in a timely manner, and without spending more money than i needed to. Without going into too much detail, due to a few red herrings, they had an opportunity to charge me more than was necessary to fix the septic issue we were having. Instead, Jason opted to charge me only for the services necessary to fix my original problem. That's the type of person / company I want to work with!
