US Remodeling Group is a bathroom remodeler, and the job people hire it for is usually a tub pulled out for a walk-in shower. A recent Google customer said it completed a one-day shower makeover done exactly as outlined, and that the staff communicated through every step, including after the job was completed. A 2024 Google reviewer described the demolition of a fiberglass tub and the installation of a shower with double sliding doors, a niche, a grab bar and a shower wand in less than a day, and wrote that the price paid is not for the squeamish. A 2024 Google reviewer wrote that the work came from Bath Planet, through USRG. A recent Google customer who paid 19000 called the job sloppy, with a broken light fixture, and said the work was not worth the price. A recent Angi customer described a $31,950 contract where the shower door did not fit the drawing, the ceiling shower head was never put up, and the repair was still unknown after more than a month. In a 2021 Angi review, a customer said a promised fix to their shower draining never happened and that it was difficult to get someone on the phone. A 2018 HomeAdvisor customer described leaks and a shower door that did not fit right, and said no permit was applied for from the town.
