PRC Builders

Most people who hire PRC Builders call about a roof. The company's website describes new construction, commercial work, additions and full-scale remodels, plus roofing, siding and gutters, and lists a service area running from New Haven and Milford to Wallingford and Bethany. A recent customer said the job of removing the existing roof and replacing everything took two days, after a quote that arrived within an hour. A customer who called about roof leaks said the guys came out the same day. One recent homeowner had a complete roof and gutter replacement and said the cleanup was efficient and thorough. A customer whose new roof went on in two days said Pat answered all their questions in a timely manner. A 2025 customer with a water stain from a roof leak said Pat sent Milton out the same day, and that he found a damaged boot on a vent pipe. That 2025 customer said the boot was replaced on the spot, along with a second worn one, in under an hour, and that Pat did not try to sell a replacement of the 11-year-old roof. A 2025 customer named Pat as the owner of the company and said he checked up on the roof replacement throughout the process. In 2025, a customer wrote that Pat and his team jumped into action during a flood. The work goes beyond roofs. A 2024 customer in Milford described a full kitchen remodel, work on all their bathrooms and then a full reroof. A 2024 customer said PRC came in below three other estimates on an addition with a remodel, and that the job was done in 4 days. A 2023 customer who had new windows put in said the price was fair with no extra charges, and that a rotted sill found on the job was replaced without a charge for material or labor; that 2023 customer also said the company is not the cheapest choice. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0662387, as active, held by PRC Builders LLC.
