I had Nanfito Roofing complete a fascia on the side of my house. Xavier was knowledgeable, explained everything i needed to know, completed the work with skill, even while contending with a bees best; then he cleaned up everything looking as though he was never there except for the great look my house now has!

Our experience with the Nanfito team was extremely positive. They did a complete roof replacement including 3 sky lights, ridge vents, and other work that needed to done. We had some ice dam leaks last year and feel very comfortable that we will not experience that in the future. Their communication, site work, professionism, clean up, and carpentry (the sky lights required soem custom work) - all of this was 10 out 10. We highly reccomend them.

V. Nanfito did our siding, trim, gutters, and downspouts last year. I wouldn't hire them again. Our roof was less than a year old when they started. Their crew set up the scaffolding wrong and damaged a bunch of shingles. The initial replacements they put in were a different brand and color, and they missed some of the damage, which we ended up paying to fix ourselves. Some of the new gutters leak out the sides instead of draining down the downspout. They also sided right over our dryer vent, and we ran laundry for days before noticing. New downspouts were in the contract, but they reattached the old ones by drilling through our brand new siding. To their credit, once we brought these up they came back and replaced the downspouts and uncovered the dryer vent. But that's the issue , we had to catch all of it ourselves. There was no walkthrough before the job started. Almost nobody from the company was overseeing or checking the work.
