Reviewers name the person who showed up with the ladder: Kyle, Noah, Doug, Montego, and — in two March 2026 accounts — Shawndel Evans and Greg Plaskett, who walked one household through the roof materials step by step like a lesson. Vault works out of a Milford, New Hampshire office, and its site describes a multi-market residential roofing and gutter company running from the Midwest into New England, doing roof replacement, inspections, asphalt shingle installation and gutters behind an Owens Corning lifetime warranty. Customers pick up the brand themselves — two of them call the shingles the Pink Panther materials. Most of what people describe is the visit and the plan. Homeowners this summer wrote about free inspections that took time, estimates that came with an explanation of the materials, and reps who laid out options without pushing: one customer went in wanting a metal roof and came away with a fuller picture of the choices. In July a homeowner said Vault helped them out of a bad situation with mold and a roof falling through. Financing comes up repeatedly — an August customer said the rep worked the financing out, and a March HomeAdvisor reviewer said Vault helped them close the gap on their loan. The numbers behind it: 4.9 stars across 48 Google ratings, and 4.9 on both Angi and HomeAdvisor across 37 ratings each. The Better Business Bureau accredits the company and grades it A+. The written history is young — the accounts start in 2024. One August 2026 customer had a different experience, and it is the one to plan around. They gave three stars, saying the sales rep and the field supervisor were not on the same page about the agreement, that the quote visit felt like pressure, and that they were refused more time to decide. Get the scope and price in writing and take the night before signing. On licensing: the BBB lists a Massachusetts registration, #217836, issued by the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, and the company's own site lists Massachusetts, Connecticut, Michigan and Cincinnati numbers that have not been checked against any registry; New Hampshire does not register roofers. For an asphalt shingle replacement or a gutter job in southern New Hampshire, the inspection costs nothing and the Owens Corning warranty is the pitch. Ask which supervisor owns the job on install day, and get the agreement the sales rep describes written down before the crew is scheduled.
Very happy with the service!Representative went above and beyond to work out the financing!!!!They use excellent materials, and I would highly recommend them!!
The sale rep and the field supervisor did not communicate regarding to agreement. The experience for the quote was pressure. Refuse to give me more time to make my decision.
