A January 2026 customer described the estimate in unusual detail — a walkthrough within a week of first contact, reference photos taken for the day of cleaning, and a written side-by-side of cost, duration and staffing for a regular clean versus a deep clean. A March 2025 reviewer said they left the crew alone in the house while running errands and came back to find everything in place. Two things to weigh. The written history is short and front-loaded: it opens in June 2024, and most of the Angi and HomeAdvisor reviews landed in that first June-to-July stretch. It also stops — the newest thing anyone has written is from January 2026. And the Angi and HomeAdvisor pages carry the same twenty reviews, so 4.9-from-20 is one set showing twice, not two independent tallies. For a move-out clean, a post-renovation clean-up, or a recurring schedule on the North Shore, the specifics here are consistent and come from people describing actual jobs. Before booking, ask who is on the crew now, and get the regular-versus-deep comparison in writing the way that January 2026 customer did.
