A June 2026 review says they demolished old tile on the first floor and then retiled the kitchen, half bath and fireplace, putting up plastic for the demolition dust; that reviewer named Ronnie as the owner and said the tile lines are straight. Another June 2026 review says Rony worked through a couple of quirky elements in a kitchen backsplash, and that a shower stall re-grouting and a new tile floor were also done. A May 2026 review describes removing an old cast iron tub and installing a new modern shower in an old home, with Velasco coordinating work with a plumber while the owners were away on vacation. An April 2026 review says the old backsplash tile was removed and the wall prepared quickly before Rony installed the new tile. A February 2026 review describes a kitchen floor for which he custom cut 20 different squares. In a December 2025 review, Rony removed and replaced tile in 2 bathrooms and a kitchen backsplash, then redid a shower over tub surround into a walk in shower, with Fernando credited for the grouting. A second December 2025 review describes floor tile in a master bathroom, a new shower installation with waterproofing, a shower pan and floor-to-ceiling tile, and a guest bathroom floor that was stripped, leveled and retiled, all done by Romenigue and Fernando on a tight condo association timeline. In an October 2025 review, after a water stain appeared on the ceiling below a walk-in shower, Velasco came the next day to evaluate. He and his assistant took apart the shower floor, found extensive leaking in the barrier underneath, replaced stained marble pieces, relined underneath, retiled the floor and reinstalled the glass; that reviewer said they paid for parts with no markup. A November 2025 review of a backsplash installation said they checked in halfway through the project to see if any adjustments were wanted.
