Velnexa Appliance Repair Providence describes itself as helping homeowners with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer problems, and it names Providence as its service area. The company says it offers 24/7 emergency service. A recent customer got a second opinion after an ice maker stopped producing ice, and said the initial diagnosis had missed a critical issue and the second technician was thorough in explaining the repair process. For a freezer, a recent customer said the technician diagnosed and fixed a faulty thermostat efficiently. A dryer that a previous repair from another place had not fixed for good was running smoothly for over a week after this visit, a recent customer wrote, adding that the technician explained what went wrong. One recent ice maker repair took about two hours, which that customer said seemed reasonable given the complexity of the issue. On Google the company holds five stars from four ratings.
