Unfortunately, my experience with this company was 1 star. I made an appointment directly with one of their employees late Monday for a house review at 7pm tonight *Wednesday" and was told he to do an inspection of wiring, how it's connected to the grid (isn't it just like most houses, via power lines from the street to the meter on my house?) and condition of my roof. I had previously told them that I am installing a new roof before any solar goes on it. But they said this inspection was so that they could work up a "customized quote "down to the cent". Waited and waited. No calls, no texts. Employee just never showed. Later reached him to inquire why they blew me off, and was told that they had called to confirm the appointment yesterday. They may have called, but if they did, they don;t leave messages. And I don't answer calls from unlisted phone numbers or those numbers w/o caller ID. I got one call by one of their apparently office staff who left a short message saying he was calling to "get me on the calendar for a contract signing". I called him back today and told him about my appointment at 7p today but it was not for "a contract signing". I(Unless somehow they are all instructed to not leave after their walkthrough unless they have a signed contract??) Regardless, my experience was that their communications is awful, and I won't do business with a company with poor communications. You'd think the actual person I made the appointment with and who was to come tonight would have called or texted himself to if he needed prior confirmation? Seems from the reviews here, experiences with Venture Solar are quite polar, either 5* or 1*. Mine was the latter. I'll move on, lots of solar firms want the business.

Had a great experience in talking with Matthew Kitman (who gave me my overall walk through of my system) and the instalation crew for Venture. These guys did an amazing job with very little interruption of my day or time. I would recommend these guys as your goto for solar.

Venture Solar is a super professional and communicative company. I felt super supportive during the whole process and everyone was friendly to talk to!
