On HomeAdvisor and Angi, Vermont Champlain Heating says it specializes in scheduling, planning, installing, upgrading, cleaning and maintaining heating systems. It holds 4.9 stars from 8 ratings on HomeAdvisor. A 2009 customer said Darko took the time to explain the process and was trusted to come into the house while they were at work; when they came home, the work was done correctly, things were cleaned up and water lines to the drain were put back. A 2009 customer wrote that the hot water tank needed to be replaced, that Darko was on the phone to the company insisting on the warranty, and that they then had to travel to another town to get a replacement tank. That 2009 customer said it turned out to be a seven-hour job that hurt a bit in the wallet on labor, and that he inspected the boiler and made adjustments to it. The 2009 customer also said they arrived over two hours late but called twice about the lateness. A 2009 customer said they were prompt and got the water heater installed by early afternoon. The 2009 customer also wrote that the boss said he would come back and install an electrical outlet for the heater, but something intervened, and that "as of now it is still connected to an extension cord." A 2008 customer said there was a site visit within a day and pricing within two days, and that the install was clean and professional.
Excellent service. Committed to installing the right product at a fair price.
They were prompt, got here when they said they would, got the water heater installed by ealy afternoon. The boss said that he would come back and install an eloectyrical outlet for the heater, but something intervened and as of now it is still connected to an extension cord. This is the only fault I have with the service.
Darko was friendly, polite, knowledgeable & took the time to explain the process to us. We trusted him with coming into our house when we were at work. Of course, our poodle kept an eye on him. I came home & the work was done correctly, things were cleaned up & water lines to our drain were put back. Excellent work!!
They arrived over two hours late, which didn't impact me at all as I was home, but they did call twice about the lateness. Job ended up being a lengthy one as the hot waer tank needed to be replaced. Darko was on the phone to the company insisting on the warranty. they then had to travel to another town to get a replacement tank. Turned out to be a seven hour job which hurt a bit in the wallet (labor), but very professional job and he went above and beyond the required work as he nspected my boiler and made adjustments to it. He also pointed out issues that will need to be dealt with in the futue. I would reccomend them.
Excellent job, thank you very much. I will definitely recommend your company to others.
