A 2026 customer said Max came out for a dryer that was not heating, found it was the heating element and had the part on hand in his truck. That 2026 customer said Max also cleaned inside the dryer, was in and out in less than an hour, and afterward texted a website for a kit to clean the venting system. Technician was late for scheduled appointment, rude and unprofessional. In fewer than five minutes he announced that he didn't have replacement parts. After an angry outburst about where the customer was standing he stormed out in a rage declaring that he determines where the customer stands. This individual displayed a total lack of knowledge, self control and professionalism. I wouldn't recommend Violet Angel to any friends, neighbors, family or colleagues.
We hired Violent Angel Appliance Repair to come and look at a problem with our Whirlpool dryer. They were very responsive to our appointment request. They were on time for the window they suggested, and the repairman Max diagnosed the issue, quoted us a reasonable repair cost and had the part on his truck. He was very responsive to our requests we would recommend them.to anyone in need of a quick and expert response.

I called to make an appointment. Was able to get next day service. Max came out to look at my dryer that was not heating. Found out it was the heating element. Very convenient that he had the part on hand in his truck. Max took the time to also clean inside the dryer. Suggested that I cleaned the venting system out to get proper ventilation. Was in and out in less than an hour. After he left he also took the time to text me a website on Amazon for a kit that I can use to clean the ventilation system. Very pleased , prices are reasonable will definitely recommend and use in the future.
Max was great. Very knowledgeable and reasonable. Personable too. He fixed my dishwasher.
