In December 2025, a customer praised his explanations of issues and potential concerns, as well as his accommodation of their needs and schedule for Navien service. A July 2025 reviewer described using Ron for heating and air conditioning at their parents’ home. Another customer, writing in June 2024, said the company came the same day when the air conditioning went down and fixed or diagnosed the issue at a price they liked. It was later confirmed through the State that the contractor did not hold the required trade license for this specialized high-pressure equipment at the time of installation. I had to pay a licensed master contractor over $1,000 to fix the hazards and make my home safe. This company then attempted to place a lien on my home for the illegal work. Use extreme caution."
