Rebuilding brick foundations and laying patios are among the jobs customers described hiring Vladimir Bondar for in reviews from 2013–2022. The Southampton masonry contractor has a 5.0-star HomeAdvisor average from 16 ratings. His Massachusetts construction supervisor license is active. In an August 2022 HomeAdvisor review, a Westhampton customer described foundation repairs that included two walls and adjustments to two support columns. The customer also said Bondar improved crawl-space drainage to help the sump pump work more effectively, replanted the area beside the repaired walls, and explained the work. That customer reported a fee hundreds of dollars below competing quotes. A separate October 2021 reviewer described a deteriorating brick foundation: Bondar and his team dismantled the affected wall, reinforced it, rebuilt it, and left the work area cleaner than they found it. Patio and walkway customers described both installations and repairs. In October 2021, one customer said the crew removed and replaced all the patio pavers around a pool, at a price below other contractors' quotes. A July 2020 review described a patio and walkway built on an uneven grade and praised the finished result and timely completion. In July 2018, another customer said a new patio and walkway transformed the yard, with the work completed as specified. Bondar's HomeAdvisor listing offers brick and stone flatwork repair, wall installation and repair, and interlocking paver installation. Chimney work also appears in his older customer accounts. A May 2018 reviewer described a rebuild from the roofline, while an April 2013 reviewer said Bondar searched for brick that would blend with the existing chimney before rebuilding its upper section. A May 2021 chimney customer praised communication and said the project stayed on schedule and within the agreed price. In a July 2017 review, a customer credited the workers' efficiency and said they returned promptly to correct minor issues.
